Your exercise inputs

Iron Ventures lets you enter exercise names, weights, repetitions, and RPE values. These inputs are processed in your browser. The website does not send them to our servers or store them in a server database. No account is required.

Saving and loading files

When you select Save, your browser creates a JSON file containing your inputs and the current save date and offers it for download. You control where you keep this file and when you delete it.

When you select Load, the selected JSON file is read locally in your browser. Its exercise inputs are temporarily placed in session storage to transfer them to the input page. This temporary entry is removed when the input page reads it. If loading is interrupted, it can remain until the browser tab's session ends or you clear the site's browser storage. The file is not uploaded to us. Saving again creates a file with the current date.

Cookies and tracking

The website's own code does not set cookies or include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Browser session storage is used only for the loading feature described above.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information, and request times may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from your exercise inputs.

The intended legal basis for necessary hosting processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website.

Vercel may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. See Vercel's Privacy Notice for information about its processing and international transfer safeguards.

[Before publication, confirm the applicable hosting data processing agreement, international transfer arrangements, and retention periods for technical logs, and describe them here.]

Your rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact the operator using the details above. We do not hold a server copy of your exercise inputs or downloaded files.
